How about this for our comments, and we mean every word!
We were living in Copenhagen, Denmark, and our adult son, who lives in Denver, actually saw the home in
person first. We knew it was perfect for us-loved the plan, beautiful lot with the pond, and Paul said he could tell the construction was top notch!
Two months later we flew back to USA, saw the home and
signed a contract. It was 4 months from completion at that point, the house was only dried in. From talking with John and seeing other homes he had built, we had no reservations about returning to Denmark, 5000 miles away, while our home was finished, and
ON TIME for closing too!!
During the final 4 months of construction, we sent many emails and talked by phone with detail as they came up, and our questions and requests were answered immediately. John Garrou
and his wife were a pleasure to work with. The construction and finishes of this home are, by far, the best we have ever seen. John is a meticulous craftsman, and it shows in every aspect of our home. And, after 3 plus years living here, we love our home even
more!
