window are Milgard Classics with their upgrade locking system and low E glass.
The stucco exterior is complete with a elastic coated finish that resists major cracking. The soffits blend in with the mountain them of stained cedar matching the cedar
pickets and famous Trex decking. We have used Trex since it's first days and it is tried and true!
This plan includes 2 bedrooms with a vaulted and upgraded aspen trimed, vaulted ceiling master bath with walk in shower double sinks and room lighting

the air circulating evenly throughout the house. This house has a 2 stage energy effecient furnace... anything else would be over kill in this easily heated and cozy home. We have an on demand hot water heater also.
