Bob & Jo's Diamond Home
Yes styles have changed from the early to middle 2000's but we have been at if for along time. Bob and Jo saw this house on the internet before it was completed. They were living in Denmark at the time and sent their son over to look at. That was all
it took, he was so impressed by the craftmanship he told his parent to "BUY NOW". Which they did. With a few minor upgrades and color choices they moved into the house of their dreams. A few years later they were shipped back to Texas for assignment and thought
about selling this home, but in the end could not part with it and kept it until their assignment was over and they came back to their dream house.
This home is 6400 sq feet including the basement. We completed this home in less then 7 months!
Which is the norm for a house this big. If another builder tells you 1 to 2 years run! We believe time is money, and if you are carrying a loan on the construction, we want as little bank interest put out a possible!
